  • An earthquake-resistant RCC-framed structure (seismic zone 3).
  • Inner divides are typically 4" thick, whereas exterior walls are typically 8" thick.
  • With the exception of restrooms, the ceiling height will be roughly 9'7".

WALL FINISHING AND FLOORING

  • Area will all have high-quality 2'0" x 2'0" vitrified flooring with 4" skirting.
  • A combination of imported digital tiles will be used for the toilet.
  • Firm foot-grip tiles will be used for flooring.
  • Ceramic tiles will be installed in the wash area either in line with the kitchen dado or up to the height of the parapet wall.

PAINT
